How do I contact you about my claim?

Please contact your carrier, broker, agent, attorney or other insurance expert directly. In most cases, you should contact the company or person to whom you reported your claim. Concise partners with industry professionals for a variety of claim services, and we may not have the authority to discuss your coverage details. When Concise adjusters are assigned, they will reach out to you directly and provide you with their direct contact information. How do I schedule an inspection?

If an industry professional that is managing your claim has partnered with Concise, one of our expert adjusters will be assigned to your file. They will reach out to you directly.
